Evan Schiefer traveled to the NJCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship in New York to compete in the Men's 10,000 m and 5,000 m events. On Thursday, May 7th, Schiefer competed in and won the 10K with a time of 33:03.42. Schiefer followed that up with a second championship on Saturday, May 9th in the 5K with a time of 15:19.45. Schiefer's dominance in the distance events earned him All-American status as well as enough team points that Terra State finished in 12th place out of 25 teams represented at the Division III meet.
